About Chris Cayden
Chris Cayden is a filmmaker, web designer, and independent producer. An authority on multimedia design, he has built numerous web sites for filmmakers, directors, productions companies, and feature films. Most recently he developed the official web site for the horror movie ‘Wolf Moon‘, directed by Dana Mennie and released by Lionsgate.
His web development company in New York, Cayden Media, LLC, has clients on 4 continents including North America, South America, Europe, and Australia.
Currently Chris is working with The Manhattan Short Film Festival as a Co-Director and the Director of Internet Operations as well as a contributing writer. The Manhattan Short is the world’s largest short film festival with venues in over 200 cities worldwide.
He recently produced his first music video, (better off dead) for nationally signed artists, ‘vs the earth‘, starring VH1 ‘Rock of Love‘ reality star, Mindy Hall, now playing on all MTV networks and VH1.
Chris’ previous work includes the short films, Love Roulette, Smoke Break, Wake Up Wondering, Bark Be Gone, and Life by the Drop.
A graduate of the New York Film Academy and HB Studios, Chris was one of the founding members of Section B Films, LLC, a New York City based film production company with members of his film class from NYFA.
Chris is in production for a short film titled “Lurker” which he hopes will shine a light on a growing and disturbing issue of cyber-bullying and blackmail.
